The Refugee Federation Service Center provides employment services. It provides a variety of job training and employment services at no cost to refugee and immigrant clients. As a Multi-Service Center, the Refugee Federation offers programs designed to move refugees and immigrants from unemployment, underemployment and welfare into self-sufficiency. It offers programs including bi-lingual case management services, services for adults that address immigration assistance, bilingual counseling, housing assistance, referral services and employment services, and services for youth who need counseling to reduce potentially harmful behavior.
