Sandpoint Apartments

Provides 26 units of family transitional housing through the Sand Point Community Housing Association. Families may stay up to two years, during which time they receive ongoing services from a full-time employed case manager, supporting them in making their transition toward permanent housing.

Kent Multi-Services Center

The Kent Multi-Services Center provides basic needs services for residents of South King County. It operates a shelter, transitional housing, and low-cost housing programs. It also offers employment, energy assistance and literacy services. The Kent Multi-Service Center is member of the Washington State Community Action Partnership, providing transitional services to families in need.

Aloha Inn

A transitional housing program for homeless men and women for up to nine months. Management and day-to-day operations are provided by the residents, who are also required to save a minimum of $80 per week for permanent housing. At the end of the period, one will have $3,000 and a good rental reference to move into permanent housing. Employment assistance, vision and dental care, and drug/ alcohol counseling are also provided.
