The ARC offers international services to immigrants and refugees both locally and globally. ARC provides tracing services, sends messages with a current address to a family member in another country, and delivers a reply message to the inquirer, makes international disaster welfare inquiries when normal ways that families keep in touch with each other are unavailable for some time, and provides a Language Bank that serves non-profits and individuals in King and Kitsap Counties.
